My new car!!

I'm so excited because yesterday we went to just go test drive a car, and ended up buying it! We've been talking about getting a new SUV for me for awhile, but wanted to hold off until the end of the year. The more we've thought about it, though, the trooper I drove just wasn't going to work out the best. It's been great for us, and I've loved having the room of a SUV, but it's just not the most comfortable or reliable. Plus it's a stick shift, and I could just picture myself trying to drive, shift, and throw a binky in a screaming baby's mouth, all at the same time...just asking for trouble! We had pretty much decided that we wanted a Dodge Durango, so we've been looking around a little bit, just trying to get a feel for prices and things. When we came across this one, it was a really good deal, so we decided to go test drive it, since we hadn't driven one yet. Well...like I said, we ended up driving it home! It worked out great because we could trade the Trooper in, and actually got more out of it than if we had tried to sell it on our own. This is the nicest car we've ever owned, and I'm so excited about it! (If you can't tell!) I feel like we are even more prepared for the baby now. It's a 2003 Dodge Durango with 76,000 miles, and it's in EXCELLENT shape! It's so funny because Andy drives a Dodge Dakota truck, and now I drive a Dodge, too. We're just a Dodge family I guess. Andy laughs at me because every once in a while last night, I would go look in the garage, just to look at it for a second. That sounds so vain, but I was never really that excited about the trooper that I drove, so I am loving this! Now I need to go think of some errands I can run, so I can drive it!
